Meet Dr. Welbel
Dr. Diane Welbel views therapy as a collaborative, safe, and engaging process—one that is dynamic, relational, and deeply rooted in trust. She works closely with clients to explore and understand past struggles and patterns, manage current challenges, and foster growth in identity, hope, and self-esteem. Together, she helps clients define achievable goals that support lasting change.
Dr. Welbel uses an eclectic therapeutic approach grounded in psychodynamic, relational, attachment, and narrative frameworks. She integrates a range of evidence-based modalities, including:

Her work is also informed by trauma theory, developmental psychology, and a multicultural lens, providing a comprehensive and inclusive approach to care.
