Out-of-Network Coverage
If you have out-of-network benefits, we are happy to provide superbills (detailed receipts) so you can seek reimbursement from your insurance company. Reimbursement rates vary, so we recommend checking your benefits directly with your provider.
Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate If you plan to pay out-of-pocket or use out-of-network benefits, you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) under the No Surprises Act.
What You Should Know
You have the right to receive a written estimate of the expected cost of services before they begin.
This includes costs for therapy sessions, assessments, and related services.
A Good Faith Estimate will be provided at least 1 business day prior to your first scheduled appointment.
If your actual bill is $400 or more above your GFE, you have the right to dispute the charges.
Be sure to save a copy of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
